We are a Vietnam registered charitable organization, part of the Rose Charities International group We were fprmed in Vietnam in 2007 and officially registered a year later. Our board consists of members from both Vietnam and overseas (but witha strong association with Vietnam). Consistent with the Rose Charities Charter, we have no specific political, religious or activist agendas other than helping those in need through poverty, disability, disease or social circumstance.
