International Rose Charities Meeting
The meeting was held on the 22nd / 23rd February 2008 in Penang, Malaysia.  It marked the 10th year of operation of Rose Charities (starting as the ROSE Division of Project IRIS by the IRIS founders in 1998). The meeting consisted of a one day open conference and a closed meeting for the Rose Charities country committee members.
